Drinking and Driving (drunk driving) is a serious offence and carries a mandatory disqualification for a minimum period of 12 months.

There is a drink-drive rehabilitation course available that can be requested on your court date. This is down to the judge on the day if they are willing to offer it. This will reduce a disqualification by 25%.
